Hard on the heels of completing the automation of our New Zealand KISS note, the Simmonds Stewart template pixies have now automated our Southeast Asia template KISS note.
The result is simply magic. You can quickly power your way through our multi-page web form to complete your KISS note from start to finish, including picking and choosing from terms in common use in Southeast Asia.
Once you’ve completed the form, you can download it in Word to edit further and get signoff from your local lawyer. You can also download the document as a PDF for signing.
Some more magic we’ve just got to tell you about. Visitors to our automated templates get their own user account by signing in via our standard LinkedIn Login, so once you’ve saved a form, you can come back to it as many times as you like to change any of the variables or to reuse prior forms data (e.g. to make a KISS note for a new investor by changing the details specific to that investor).
Like all our other templates and bots, the automated KISS note and user account is entirely free.
We’re planning more of this type of automation down the track, so if you have any feedback on how we can improve this document or the service as a whole, we’d love to hear from you.
